At Ackers Institute of Management Limited, we believe that the most impactful learning happens when knowledge meets experience.
Today, we successfully facilitated a One-Day Team Building, Leadership Alignment & Performance Enhancement Programme for Smart Savers Regulated Non-WDT SACCO at Asyana Gardens, Ongata Rongai, seamlessly blending interactive indoor learning with exciting experiential and outdoor team-building activities.

Under the theme "One Team, One Purpose: Strengthening Collaboration, Trust, Accountability and Performance," participants comprising the Board, Supervisory Committee, Management and Staff actively engaged in practical leadership sessions, team challenges and fun-filled outdoor activities that strengthened teamwork, communication, trust and problem-solving skills. The energy, enthusiasm and laughter throughout the day truly demonstrated that learning can be both meaningful and enjoyable.

The programme was facilitated by Dr. Anthony M. Irungu, PhD, together with Experiential Facilitator Patrick Mbudi. Participants were awarded Certificates of Participation by Dr. Anthony M. Irungu, PhD. In a heartwarming gesture of appreciation, Mr. George Okal, Chairman of the Board, presented the Ackers team with customized gift packages on behalf of Smart Savers SACCO in recognition of the impactful programme.
