Programme Successfully Concluded!

Today, Ackers Institute of Management Limited successfully conducted a One-Day Professional Capacity Building Seminar on "Continuous Member Education & Customer Service" at Marble Arch Hotel, Nairobi.
Facilitated by Dr. Paul Sang, PhD, Associate Consultant at Ackers Institute of Management Limited, the programme brought together SACCO professionals from several SACCOs across Kenya for practical learning on member education, customer service excellence, member engagement and continuous improvement.

Participants actively engaged in the sessions and were awarded Certificates of Participation upon successful completion of the programme.
