As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitment to community empowerment and financial inclusion, today I had the privilege of facilitating a Member Education and Financial Literacy Training for Mwitax SACCO members at Dynamic Gospel Church, Mwiki, Nairobi.

This initiative by ACKERS INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT LIMITED was designed to strengthen the capacity of entrepreneurs, small traders, and micro-enterprise operators at the base of the economic pyramid by equipping them with practical knowledge on SACCO membership, governance, savings culture, responsible borrowing, guarantorship, personal financial management, and wealth creation.
The session reinforced a simple but powerful message: strong members build strong SACCOs, and strong SACCOs build stronger communities.

We believe that sustainable economic transformation begins with informed citizens who can make sound financial decisions, actively participate in their institutions, and leverage cooperative structures to improve their livelihoods.
